I've never really done siloed work.

My foundation is in nonprofit leadership, where I learned quickly that equity work cannot live apart from operations — because values without structure don't scale.

If you're looking at my career on paper, you'll see nonprofit executive leadership, fundraising and community investment strategy, full-cycle recruiting, hiring frameworks, leadership advising, compliance oversight, and a lot of "fix it while it's on fire" HR work.

The throughline has always been the same: equity, talent, and systems design.

Over time, one thing became very clear to me: most organizations don't struggle because they lack vision. They struggle because their systems don't actually match their values. That's the work I do.

I embed equity into operational processes — not just programming. I design HR and talent infrastructure that can actually scale. And as a certified AI Equity Architect™, I make sure emerging technologies reinforce fairness instead of quietly automating bias.
